В статье отражен собственный опыт использования современной Международной классификации цитопатологии выпотных жидкостей (The I nternational System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytopathology, TIS RSFC) 2020 г., позволяющей повысить эффективность работы лаборатории и, как следствие, улучшить взаимопонимание с клиническими специалистами. На примере анализа годичной выборки данных цитологических исследований рассчитаны риски злокачественности для каждой диагностической категории, дана оценка применению иммуноцитохимических исследований.

The article presents our experience in applying the modern International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytopathology (TIS RSFC 2020) which increases efficiency of laboratory practice and consequently improves communication with clinical specialists. Based on the analysis of a one-year data set, the risks of malignancy were calculated for each diagnostic category, and the application of immunocytochemistry was evaluated.
