Десмопластическая круглоклеточная опухоль – злокачественная агрессивная опухоль брюшной полости, которая встречается редко у населения и чаще поражает детей и подростков. Редкость, схожесть морфологической картины с другими мелкоклеточными опухолями и невозможность создания международной цитологической классификации вызывают трудности для формулировки цитологического заключения. Атипичность течения, скрытые клинические проявления приводят к ошибочному диагнозу в клинической практике. В отечественной литературеколичество источников, посвященных цитологической диагностике у детей, очень мало, что не позволяет выделить единые критерии.В статье описан клинический случай развития десмопластической круглоклеточной опухоли брюшины у девушки 15 лет. Представлены рассуждения о возможностях цитологического исследования в формировании правильного цитологического заключения. Знание клиническойкартины и тончайших цитологических признаков круглоклеточных опухолей, описанных у зарубежных коллег, позволит нам максимальноприблизиться к точным цитологическим выводам

Desmoplastic round cell tumor is a malignant aggressive tumor of the abdominal cavity, which is rare in the population and more often affectschildren and adolescents. The rare frequency of occurrence of such a tumor, the similarity of the morphological picture with other small cell tumors,and the inability to create an international classification for cytology in children cause difficulties in formulating a cytological conclusion. The atypicalcourse, hidden clinical manifestations lead to an erroneous diagnosis in clinical practice. There are very few sources in the Russian literature devotedto cytological diagnostics in children, which does not allow us to identify uniform criteria.The article describes a clinical case of desmoplastic round cell tumor of the peritoneum which has 15‑year-old girl. Arguments about the possibilitiesof cytological research in forming a correct cytological conclusion are presented. Knowledge of the clinical picture and the most subtle cytologicalsigns of round-cell tumors described by foreign colleagues will allow us to get as close as possible to accurate cytological conclusions.
