Первичная меланома лоханки почки является чрезвычайно редкой опухолью, составляющей <0,1 % всех меланом. В опубликованной литературе описано 5 наблюдений меланомы данной локализации. В статье на примере клинического случая рассмотрены особенности клинико-морфологической картины первичной меланомы лоханки, вопросы ее дифференциальной диагностики, выполнен обзор литературы по данной проблематике.

Primary melanoma of the renal pelvis is an exceedingly rare tumor accounting for less than 0.1 % of all melanomas. Only 5 cases of this tumor have been reported so far. We report a case of melanoma of the renal pelvis and discuss clinical and morphological characteristics of this disorder, as well as aspects of its differential diagnosis. We also reviewed the existing literature on this issue.
